Office Admin Associate jobs Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented Office Admin Associate for our firm, location Dubai.
• Registration of prospects and follow up information in the company’s CRM system.
Registration and up-date of agents and associates database.
Preparation and circulation of various reports required by the Management.
Effective communication and follow up with prospective clients assigned to him/her.
Maintaining accurate documentations and accounts record on all prospects, agents and associates.
Support the preparation and implementation of the company’s marketing campaigns.
Organization and participation in various events, exhibitions and other marketing activities
Preparation and distribution of marketing materials and other information to prospects, agents and associates.
Organization of inspection visits of prospective clients
Effective maintenance of Office filing system.
• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
Clerical and administrative experience in a fast-paced professional and customer-oriented environment required.
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel required.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills required.
Ability to make appropriate, timely decisions and take appropriate action to resolve problems required.
Demonstrated team skills with a positive attitude toward daily challenges required.
Multi-tasking skills and the ability to process high volumes of work required.
Ability to work well under pressure required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
