Responsible for ensuring timely turnaround of queries, pricing quotes and fulfillment of orders.
Processing all orders by optimizing revenue opportunities for the business.
Seek quotations and choose the best options with an aim of maximizing company revenue
Manage the pricing requests efficiently and effectively
Book air tickets for internal and external customers by ensuring the company guidelines and followed and using own discretion.
Attend to queries/ requests within the stipulated Turn Around Time
Process refunds/ cancellations/ and reissuance of tickets by Liaising with the suppliers.
Updating IRS and inhouse discover system.
Daily reporting of all ticket issuances in the prescribed format.
Willingness to work in shift/ roasters
Good knowledge of Amadeus GDS
Ticketing experience of at least 2-4 years.
Candidate with online travel background preferred. Candidates having Travel agency/ airlines background can also apply.
Attention to details and ability to attend to the requests quickly with no errors.
